I'm down with the build threads though. It beats the hell out of how do i put cup hilders in my ride, or where can I buy shocks for my chevy or how do I finance my hot rod posts.

I'll try and post something in the next couple of weeks. No one will like it but I'll try anyway.

 

A search Bra, is where she lets you in with out getting slapped

and than it comes off and the motor boating starts

I've been a little held up with trying to get my parts hauler on the road before the snow flys but I guess that ship has already sailed.

As of this minute I'm off to the basement to tear into this beast, just for grins. Well that and to see what its going to take to make it fly.

my 1938 fiat topolino, Lil Beast thread has been up since last summer ...first time to try and marry a floppy old shell of a body to a suitable frame...never done anything like this in all my years...when i got it, the body had 1 brace in it, and it was not stable...the roof had been hacked out back when it was a drag car body...
well i've managed to get a roof back in it and welded up "Hamb Style"...butt welded and hamer formed...something i never tried..hell i never done much welding before Lil Beast came down the road...real learning curve here....

i have a cave for a garage..rocks for tools...(110 mig welder, a hand grinder and a sawsall}...and trying to build floors, firewall and everything else...been a humbling adventure....

but i have desire.....build thread and story line in sig.....

 

This is my '37 Ford truck, just a few shots to where I'm at, can't wait to get it alittle further along

 

My 36 Fiat Sedan delivery project. Rolling chassis, 9" rear 351 windsor stroker engine with aluminum heads. Currently looking for final assembly on the 351 and a dyno run. and then making mounts for the body and a roll cage hopefully later this year. As you can see in the pictures it is pretty small.

 

Too damn cold... Dont want to build anything... Except maybe a good fire in the wood stove. Brrrr!

love the pic between the grown-up cars...looks like your stroker is seting back damn near as far as my hemi is....but there ain't no room between the hemi and the door posts....damn things take forever to figure out how to build and stuff everything in them...10 lbs in a 5 lb basket?? more like 50 lbs in a 2 lb basket...that got cut in half
