A ’29 Touring Update

So progress on the touring has creeped along at Rex Rods. It’s a weekend and after-hours deal, so updates aren’t going to be all that regular, but Keith did just make one hell of a find. The hood you see here was bought off eBay and neither the seller nor Keith know its history, but woah… is it cool.

So, here’s a call out for help… Does anyone know anything about this hood? It’s obviously old and was done in haste a long time ago, but maybe there’s a chance someone remembers something.

As for the touring, a decision hasn’t been made whether or not Keith is gonna use this hood. It’s so damned unique that it would totally change the car, but at the same time… Man… it’s so damned cool.
