What a champion effort to get that many records in one meet.
Gotta love GoPro footage so crisp and sharp with crystal clear sound. That Ardun, what beautiful music. It reminds me of seeing & hearing a blown Ardun on the Dyno. Also reminds me of the Ferguson's Ardun powered streamliner run 300+ mph @ Bonneville at full song. |

That's awesome. That Ford just looks so benign sitting there and then 5 records in 5 different classes. Sweet

We did close to the same thing in '88 with the Swamp Rat 33 'liner. Gas & Fuel 2 Ardun records, 2 flathead records, PLUS 2 drivers, Don Garlits & Don Kehr, into the 200 Club.

Hard to believe those photos were taken almost 25 years and 30 pounds ago.
Thanks for posting these Todd.

Rich,
I remember those runs in '88. At the salt the first timing light is 2 1/4 miles from the start line. Big Daddy ran to the first light, 9 times further than he normally would go, and said "What do I do now?" DW
