Lemans starts were great. And racing with out high concrete was was racing. I went to the National race at Newton Ia last summer and from row 7 you could not see the cars in front of you.
That was fantastic. Any chance to see the Craig Breedlove crash footage where he walks away without a scratch is awesome. Intersting choice of camera angle at 7:20 in the second clip... I guess they wanted to document the exact moment when he crapped his pants.
Awesome Ryan! I was just a kid when Breedlove was doing his thing. He was the man in that rocket. I used to build airplane models and clip off the wings to resemble Spirit of America.

Got a total flashback when I saw those Marine World (Redwood City) boats. We used to go there as kids to see that and the waterskiing... Very, very cool.

Watching those chutes tear off the Spirit of America made my sphincter tighten. You know at that point it isn't gonna end well! I know I wouldn't have come out smiling like Breedlove did- I'd be looking for a new pair of trousers!
