Beautiful beyond words.

 

Would have been cool if they had done 3 display boxes and left all three cars there for the three weeks rather than a week each but cool none the less.

 

When I went to get pictures, I couldn't take a good straight on shot from the front or rear, because someone had taped a piece of paper with "PLEASE don't touch the glass" scrawled on it...

 

I have a friend who doesn't like '40 Ford wheels! I told him I might have to reconsider our friendship.

This morning on the Mall. Notice the casters & exhaust, and that it sits level.

Great video of the Gypsy Rose history. I usually don't have the patience to watch a 21 minute video but, I watched the entire documentary and it was well worth it. Thanks for posting it as well as all of the pictures............................Don.

Great history on the McGee/ Scritchfield 1932 hiboy roadster!!
I followed that hiboy across the USA many times in my roadster attending many NSRA Nats.
Did you notice the LAR sticker on the right side headlight? I am the one that originated it, here's the story,---Don
