This is a great part of Hot Rodding history.. The orange roadster (upper right hand corner) was owned by Tom Plevin from the Bay Area Roadsters. He was my neighbor growing up and he would show me pics and tell me stories from this particular run. They met up w/ the LA Roadsters and what probably seemed as a normal photo to them, has since graced album covers and started many conversations.. Just a bunch of normal young hot rodders having fun.. Great to see this photo still attracting attention .. Sadly enough, many of these guys are no longer here, including Tom, but I'm sure they would get a kick of seeing it today. Tom was not only my neighbor, but a father figure and taught me a lot about hot rods which sparked my adulthood addiction...Thanks for sharing...

The yellow T roadster was on the cover of the October 1964 Popular Hot Rodding. It is featured, I will have to dig out the mag tonight and scan the article.
