@GearheadsQCE Yes obviously from a Pandemonium car, but my friend has no history on it. I need to start a new thread....

no wonder those fenders were stuffed away not being used...they're a couple feet too short!

Way, way behind on your post/project Jim. What more can be said after watching the video, OMG your so damned cool, just an outstanding piece of go fast art. We just sold out in Apache Junction after 11 years there. Wish I could have seen the Cuda in person before leaving the state.
There is a 65 Barracuda runs around my end of the earth, driven by a little old lady, (literally), small block, patina on patina. I saw it the first time in gippo repair shop and stopped to see it. I asked her if it for sale, she said no and knows what she has.

It wouldn't hurt to Hemify the Hudson!

For those that missed it. Somewhere Squirrel mentioned he is working on a 50's Hudson for a tour. Maybe another Race of Lemons?

Back in '96 at the Rhinebeck Good Guys show there was a Hudson built in Winston Cup style..Pretty slick, not sure if street worthy..

playing with the 4 link program, of course since it's 20 years old I had to fire up a Windows 98 computer and get a dot matrix printer running. Even the NOS ribbon is tired...but it's legible enough.

If you haven't already tried it, you may be able "rejuvenate" the ribbon with WD-40.

I started taking things apart....going to go through the engine and transmission, and see how they look inside. I wanted to get FI on the car but that isn't going to happen this year...I'll play with carbs a bit longer. I am working on getting a new ignition system, and I'm going to fix some other problems.

Taking it apart, I marvel at how many of the things I built for the car actually worked OK.

  25. That's wonderful news, I don't know whether or not you got your carbs working right, but I hope you have found out what the problem was and have an idea how to improve on it.
