My Buddy has a stock as a rock 50 Plymouth 3 window. I have not seen the car as he lives in S.C. but will soon be moving back in South Dakota. He wants to lower the car and I was wondering if the areostar coils work in the Plymouth.
Several threads on here reference that subject. Try a search I'm sure they'll show up. I'd post the links but don't know how. I'm going to try them on my 50 Plymouth. Sent from my iPad using H.A.M.B.
Kool, thanks guys. I did a search with aerostar in the title and came up with nothing for the plymouth.
Two threads on the same topic I posted this on the other thread, it may help out. Some similar vehicles. http://p15-d24.com/topic/36360-aerostar-springs-my-review/ https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/question-aerostar-spring-swap-in-52-plymouth.768433/
I put em in my 51 plymouth, chopped one coil off, rode great, cornered level, huge improvement, no more "wallowing" and floating around , the rear I used 3" blocks
I run them in my 51 Ford coupe. Lowered it about 2 1/2 inches and really improved body roll and ride. Progressive rate spring. Ordered them through Amazon for $58 shipped a couple years ago. Dave
