At-least $48.99 delivered, random search turned one up. Rather pleasantly surprised. I like Miller/Masters, they have their peculiarities though. For along time everyone wanted S/SR Winfields. But recently barrel throat stuff is getting more and more pricey. Used to score V's for less than 100 bucks. Miller stuff of course has just gone full retard.

Ran the truck on the dyno yesterday and pulled 59HP and 128 ft lbs of torque at 3100 RPM's. B block, original CRAGAR head, Weber 32/36, FS ignition and babbit bearings.

 

I like the cab extension !

 

denis that truck looks great what do you run for a rear end and what gear ratio

 

Using a stock A rear end with 3:54 gears.

 

I think I saw this coming through Nashville, Tn a month or so ago. Any information on it?

A landowner out here has contacted TROG organizers to see if they're interested in putting on a Race of Gentlemen on a large property. Only this would be in the "Dirt", not the "Salt". Don't forget the Hot Rod Hill Climbs are in Colorado the same weekend the TROG was scheduled!

 

I'd sure go to Colorado than run on the salty sand; but I've got a vintage race to go to!

Took the Seven Window Coupe to the Sands last weekend. Went through the traps at 68. Bless it's little heart. Took my own flag girl to make sure I had a good start...

Here is the new ride I built for Pop.

 

I enjoyed the reliability run the Friday before very much too. About 100 miles on twisty mountain roads. This is open to all hot rods in addition to the hill climb drivers cars. I thought it was nice that people who drive cars to the Hillclimb to spectate can enjoy a day of touring. Reminded me of a day of an AACA glidden tour. There is also a longer drive on more mountain roads on sunday after he hill climb.
