Well fellas, First hot rod, first post , figured I do a build thread. One of my good friends (also a HAMB'er) built one of these couple years back and ever since I knew I had to try and build one. So here we go: First off I bought the roadster off a fellow HAMB'er and got one of my friends working near him to pick it up. Literally haha. While waiting for the body to come down (near the end of August) figured I'd do some hunting and found a decent rolling chassis close-ish near me so I decided I might need one. Not much to do without a body so decided to start surgery and see what we're getting into For being only 21 found it super interesting how simple these cars come apart and how they used to work.. Pretty bitchin' Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Looks like a great start, and damn nice to see another young fella getting into rodding. I'll be following along.. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!

I like where your pre-war roadster build is headed. That's about how I think I am going to modify my old roadster (see the 35-year-old picture in my avatar) to get it to sit a bit lower. Who dropped your front axle for you?
As mentioned, it's great to see a young guy get into early iron. Please use any and all origonal parts that you can, I like where it's going.
Me and a good friend dropped it at his house . Has a homemade jig . Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
