The first engine I rebuilt was a 3 or 4 horse Briggs and Stratton when I was 12, I "helped" my dad change a camshaft on his '70 442 when I was 13, and I made a beater '69 Camaro SS my first car for $1K in lawn mowing money when I was 15. I still own it.

Now I'm in the Air Force, and all my money is going into getting debt free after a failed marriage so I can build another roadster.

Someday soon, I'll start putting money into the Ford, and maybe I'll eventually own my dream car, a '40 Ford coupe ~ the most perfectly proportioned automobile ever made. There was one for sale down the street for $6K, but I wasn't able to save up that much before it was sold.

Dammit, I just need to have that kind of money in my savings so I can pick up the next coupe that comes along, but I'd settle for a 1926-1934 Ford roadster.
