Don't really know why I got into hotrods and customs. Some kind of strange addiction. Dad didn't even drive. I just fell in love with old cars at very young age. Married in 1957 out of HS, bought a 1931 Ford project in 1958. First car was a 1949 Dodge coupe that I customized in 1956 using the little pages HotRod mags. Had several old cars ever since. Honest, I've tried to quit.
WARNING---The Moderators and staff of this HAMB are in no way responsible for what I say or write. My physciatrists and lawyers have advised me to add this warning.
Since I was raised during a period without warning labels I was in contact with lead paints, asbestoes, and many other volital chemicals which may have caused temporary or permanent brain damage. Therefore please be warned when reading my posts and threads.
Some things I write are lies or false facts. Others true stories from my sordid past. It is up to you to figure out the truth from the fiction.
I am here to share my many years of wisdom and good natured bull shit. Again, as mature adults, it is up to you to decide what to believe and what to pass as a waste of your time.
