Bought a car at 16 (1966 Pontiac Lemans Sprint) and 3 months later the clutch went out. Being poor I had to learn how to fix it. Worked at a junk yard, a Trucking fleet mechanic and managed a NAPA Parts store Machine shop for many years. Love to build engines and fabricate, hate the time it takes to make 'em look pretty. Spend my time now with a couple of greasy old english bikes and the IROC powered Lemans. Recently bought 1941 Lincoln Zephyr that had been owned by a 1950's NASCAR driver. He and a couple of mechanic buddies rebuilt it to drive. Looking for some mild custom ideas.
