1930 Model A pick up, chopped, channeled, fenderless, Blown stroker 383 4-speed, built in 1969.
1938/41 all steel Willys coupe, Blown BBC Gasser, years of searching for steel parts, now driving it.
Use to drag race at Half Moon Bay and Fremont with Andy Brizio as my flag starter back in the early 60s.
Drew up pictures of the '30 pick up while in Nam, sent them home to the folks, built it when I got home, still driving it today. Won many trophies with it, Oakland Roadster Show, Cow Palace, Moscone Center's 1st Rod and Custom Show, etc.
Now building the Willys coupe to "replace" the year I was gone in the military, 1968, period correct.
My wife Elaine currently runs a car gathering at Baja Fresh in Concord, Ca. every Friday night, 14th year now.
I'm 71 years old and still enjoying the car world.Interact
