I_Drive_Old_Stuff

Worked as an auto mechanic, and in an automotive machine shop for many years. Then got an electronics degree, so now I work on electrical and mechanical stuff for a living. I've brought a few cars back from the dead (though sane peope would ask why), and learned paint and bodywork along the way. Always loved the '47-'54 chevy pickups, and accidently found one a few months ago. I do all my own work (well, except transmissions,frame straightening and alignment), which helps me stay semi-current with automotive technology. I might be able to share some knowledge, though you've got some pretty sharp posters.
