About
There was only one good thing I learned from my dad...the thrill of fast hot rods. Of course his were modern and eh more about flash rather than quality. That I didn't pick up, thankfully. Anyways I don't own a hot rod let alone any car at this point. I'm here to learn anything I can. I want to own a hot rod one day...and I have no idea what all though I tend to be a Chevy girl. Other than owning one I want to be able to make custom furniture out of pieces that are off of cars being sold for parts. I can't do that unless I understand the restoration process, and I want to be able to do it myself rather than pay someone to do it. It really is an art form, and yes I know it's dirty and that doesn't bother me. My Mom is basically my Mom and my dad, she did all the "man work" that needed to be done at our house including taring our roof. So I learned how to use power tools, and basic electrical, and plumbing. She never really learned how to work on cars though. So that's why I'm here to learn. Anyone with knowledge that would like to share with me, please do.Interact
