Is that the same yard Brigrat posted about, a while back. I believe it was stated that the owner is not friendly to strangers who stop by and inquire. I'm not sure if he is willing to let anything go. By the looks of it, I'd say, not so much.
Just too much to wrap your head around.

If you guys want to buy stuff like this, you gotta take the right approach.

First, drive up in a Model A Ford that you have been driving thru several states for about 14 years.

Thats just south of toppenish WA. Ive talked to the guy several times and have checked out the yard as well. He was a friend of my late grandfather.

 

This is all a dream....Just keep saying to yourself.

someday somebody will have a hell of a sale when he dies or it will go to a realitive who could care less and they will all be crushed just makes me sick there is an old junk yard in upstate sc with lots of 40s and 50s cars in it and the old dude will talk your ear off but never give a price on nothing

There was a yard in New Mexico like that. When the scrap prices got high, he crushed it all.

 

He passed away and his son is the caretaker now. They dont sell anything to anyone but close friends with lots of $. I havnt been down there in a few years since before he passed. Ill have to stop back in and see what the deal is.
