Don’t Forget to Call Roadside Assistance…

I read Ryan’s post from yesterday, and I think we’ve just about covered it all for hunkering down in the garage, getting stuff done in solace, fighting boredom, etc. But there is one more important action item I’d like to request in these uncertain times: Check in with your old car buddies. Yes, I can go ‘off the grid’ with the best of them, stay in hermit mode and go totally radio silent for weeks. But very reason we are on the HAMB is the same reason I’m bringing this up- We need each other, whether we know it or not, especially in dark days. Think about your hot rod friends that don’t have family, or might be prone to addiction or depression issues- They probably need a friend right now. Just a text or call to let ’em know they aren’t alone. Do a little video chat so they can share their car project with someone. Be that Roadside Assistance that a broken down soul is waiting for… Thanks guys!
