The Bill Faris ’38

So Neil Emory had just finished up this ’38 Ford Cabriolet when Dean Batchelor dropped by. As far as I know, he snapped this one photo of the car before moving on. I’ve never been able to find the car in any other shots and I’ve searched exhaustively. It’s owner, Bill Faris, is a bit of a mystery as well. He was in the Throttle Stompers with Neil Emory, but the trail pretty much stops there.

Anyway, I do this about once every couple of years… So here it is again. Anyone out there know anything more?
