Yet Another Home Built Hot Rod

Yet Another Home Built Hot Rod

1927 Ford Roadster

I know… I just got done featuring Rich’s car last night, but another home built car popped up on the H.A.M.B. this morning and I just couldn’t help myself. Jim Sibley built this ’27 utilizing two of his favorite local junk yards and a lot of time and ingenuity. I love some of the decisions he made.

Jim absolutely nailed the late 40’s stance with a pretty damn straight I-beam and retained wishbones. Finished in a nice beige/bone color, this hardware goes a long way in complimenting the wide-5 wheels supporting big and little rubber. I love the body color choice too… The hunter green really works well with the before mentioned beige and the black accents. This is a classic Hot Rod fellas… Good work Jim!
