Of all the other coverage I've seen on the net, nobody else had a pic of the Shampoo truck. That sure is an interesting car/truck. Thanks for posting.

 

Simple elegance with a little sparkle thrown in.

 

Just my observation, but it seemed to me that the Suede Place has lost its "rough edges" and that's too bad.

 

It truly was a great show, and a good excuse for us to leave Northern Minny and enjoy some California sunshine.

My wife who likes cars, but does not get into the styling nuances of "Traditional", "Show Rods", "Street Rods", and what not took one look at the Hetfield Roadster and simply stated "Classy".

But, this little RPU was her favorite.



For my money, this 1960 Cadillac was about as good as it gets, but then I am a custom guy. Thanks to Hot Rod Ron for the pic.

I too have really liked the "shampoo" truck since it first appeared in the little pages.
