There's these guys in Austrailia http://www.oldtin.com.au . Amongst other stuff they stock the Model A quickchange that's made in New Zealand. Got one on the way, I'll report back with how it turns out.

I'm looking at building a banger backed by a T5. Id like to be able to cruise at 65 down the interstate. Can I get away with a higher compression head, or am I looking at a more serious upgrade?

 

Checking in a little late. While I'm here though, anyone experienced with Winfield SR carbs? I have a single SR, Winfield manifold, header, Winfield 7.1 head, Winfield cam and a header and can't get my carb to lean out. I spoke with Brauns and he said the SR is way too big for a banger. I hate to get rid of the original Winfield but after a month of playing with it it's still rich. Parts are hard to come by for jetting and a 97 is starting to look like the next best option
