All of these treasures are mine for the picking.
The owner would like to see them go to a good home instead of the crusher.
So I'm in luck, I took these shots a few weeks back, and I would like to get
back up there with tools and a trailer to drag some stuff home before it's all
froze up. If not I'll wait till spring and drag it out of the mud.

If you can identify anything please comment, I'd love to know the
specific years on alot of this stuff. Everything seems to be wrecked or used up.
There are some good parts, For me anyway. I think this land was an old
grain elevator site, Lots of straight trucks and farm imp, tractors.
    Good stuff none the less.

Have fun looking, I have a lot of pics so stay tuned.

I've got buddies here who would fight over the 39-40 Chevy truck front sheetmetal/grille. The one sitting on the frame behind it's cab. Let me know when you get it back to civilization.

And I personally could use the speedo and other gauges out of the Diamond T.

I think the tall early truck is a Chevy about 1927.

The green Ford on it's side is a 47-48.

The green Chevy truck is 39ish, and the red one is 46ish.

cool stuff. take your time and get it out of there .what you cant store give it to some one thats is in to it for the right reasons. not the cash. that seems to be the biggest hurdle to me. if some one gave me a yard like that i dont know where id put the stuff.

can use the rest. I'm just glad its for sale and not to the scrap man!

We ALL gotta love cheap scrap prices. Keeps stashes like this from getting melted down for its weight. There's enough there to keep you busy for a while. Keep the landowner happy and take your time!

  18. I wish I was closer to those or they were closer to me! I've been looking for a decent '39-'46 Chevy cab! Anyone coming to NC from Iowa?!?!?!?!

That should keep you out of trouble for a good while. Also it could be a profitable venture if carried out the right way.

This group has a late 31 Ford AA truck, note the grille shell without widow's peak in front and made of mild steel, firewall with indent for shut-off valve, and a 36(?) Plymouth 2 door sedan with the wonderful curvy tubular axle use for many years in Dodge and Plymouth in the 30s.

Nice gas pump, worth a nice pile of hundreds if not rotten, 28-29 Ford Fordor sedan cowl and doors, 33-34 Ford BB truck with remains of one fender.

  26. That is a good gas pump, saw some like it go at auction a few weeks ago $500 or so a shot.

I also noticed that the hood for the Plymouth is in the front seat. I can't decide weather I should just grab the axle, or work hard and drag the entire car out.

The Truck is definatly coming home. It also has a 4 speed, is it a good idea to swap into my Model A Sedan? Are the gears closer together, or just a lower first gear?

Looks like I'll be bringing that stuff home too. When guys are buying the
gas pumps what do they look for? What should I look at when making the offer?
Would it be worth it to drag the entire 33-34 frame out or just grab the fender?

Cool. Get one of those chassis and put a Brookville body on it and make it look like the rest of the chassis. I hear that's the next hot thing going.
