I was wondering if some of you could show me some examples of how you mounted your friction shocks to your front axles. I'm getting ready to install mine, and I think I've got it figured out, but would like to see how others have done it. Before anyone asks, yes I did a search, and did not find what I was looking for. Thanks in advance, Barn-core.

Just another idea for you, I mounted mine to the shackle end which attaches to the batwing...

Speedway has some really neat spring shakles now, with three holes just for that purpose. I am using them and they work great. For what they cost, I could'nt have made them for less.

  7. This is as close a picture as I currently have. I'll see about getting in closer.

I am using hydraulic shocks on the front of my roadster.
Not a real good shot, but if you look close you can see it.
    Here's my set up.

That is what I want to do, my speedway friction shocks are essentially worthless after a few bumps (they loose their setting...) what are yours off of? do you remember when your got them? thanks!
