Well, I finally made it to my first Paso ever! I have wanted to go to this show since I was knee high to a Junebug. I couldn't take the time to caravan, but I did get to fly in for the weekend (thanks Jeff and Kati). We (the wife and I) got up at 4:45 Dallas time on Friday and headed to the airport. We were in San Louis Ibispo by 11:15 Cali time. We got the royal pick-up treatment from the Kontententals and took the back way (scenic route) back to Paso from Morrow Bay. I got some great shots along the way. I had such a great time. It was good to see everyone again. Steve, your new 3 window looks great! I finally made it over to your section. Jenny @ Trophy Queen is a rockstar! Keith, it was nice to finally see you on your home turf. Denise, a pleasure as always... I'll see you at the drags this fall! Ok, now on to the pics... Some of these pics took at least 10 minutes to take. I am a photo snob and can't stand to have other people or new cars in the background of my shots. Paso is a photo nightmare for a guy like me because the cars are parked in all different directions and there are people everywhere! Oh, I also finally got off my ass and registered my photography business name, Monstrosity Foto. Look for great things to come out the Monstrosity Foto Corporation... hc
I also noticed that the best time to take photos would have been early Saturday morning. I was jogging around the square between 7:00 and 8:00 and noticed that there were alot of cars set-up already but not very many pesky spectators. Maybe next year I'll take my camera equiptment instead of my iPod with me on my morning jog... hc
Did you drink too much and spit cranberry juice on anyone there???? I need to let you see that video by the way, hahahha.

Awesome van but for 12,000 bones(I think that's what it was going for) I think I'd have gone and built my own.
