well to be honest i never had the place and or money to get a car to work on ... i was young and dumb and always on the run ! My best friend and Godfather to my 2 year old boy got me really into cars i always had the passion but no one to enjoy it with until Eddie took me to a few car shows .After that i just became a gear head and thats all i could really think about . So now i got really lucky and became a lineman and could finally afford a ride so i picked up a 1941 chevy fleetline aka "german helmet" . Im trying to do it all myself, not as easy as i thought with a marriage and a new born at home . Im in the middle of blocking it i welded in the floor boards and rocker panel and patch a few areas.Never knew how to weld read the instructions and got a few tips from friends who's dad welded. I have a lot of plans that i want to do to it , and spent more money on the budget then i should have. Just trying to find time to do what i love to do work on my 41 ...
