I got an interest in Cars through my Dad , He has had hundred of cars over the years , I have always owned Trans Ams , Camaros , Trucks etc . I have always loved 50s cars , chopped customs , anything in Black primer . Love anthing GM , But I love all cars .A friend of mine Fitz owns Island Rod and Kustom , He is always doing a project . I have grown a strong interest in the last few years in customs , now they are all I dream about . I recently started the 75 olds my dad Gave me ( it was a parts car ) It almost completed , Flat black , 455 , cragars , white walls ,no top ,white interior , bagged . then I saw an add in a local classified for a 2 door hardtop 56 Olds super 88 , I went to look at it , then it was on a flat bed being trailer home . I guess its a curse , everytime I see a basket case I envision what it could be . I have started collecting parts for it .It will be Flat black , Bagged and may be a Roadster, unless I can find a roof for it to chop (roof is bastardized from previous owner) Fitz Told me of this web site so I figured I would Check it out .
