Been into Customs and Rods since my teens and at late forties now I dont seem to be growing up at all. All time favourite Custom is the Hirohata and favourite Rod is a UK based one called tommorows dreams.
I read the magazine "Custom Car" (UK Based mag) from my early teens and went to a mid/late 70's Ally Pally Car show which blew my mind, but grew up knowing that I was unmechanical and a danger to myself and others when tools were around, but the bug has sat festering, I have had one custom car (Volvo Amazon Mini Merc style) but this forum is making me want to either build or have built another. My real love is early customs 1940's-1950's.
