First off I really think this site is the cats ass. Been lingering for awhile and decided to finally join. The knowledge here is great as well as the humor. Heres the part everyone hates, about themselves. I guess like most I got started into the classic thing by building muscle cars. As you all know after a while you can only do soo much to those before you've done exactly what the guy next to you did. Adding to that I have had many chances to be around those who introduced me to traditional hot rods. That is how I came to own my current project, the 1951 Wayfarer. When I got it the owner had it street rodded out, about two inches from the ground in the front, not to functional. I got soo fed up with that look and the why it drove I tore it apart to the frame in about two days. As of now it is being transformed into an early to mid sixties drag car, not a gasser. It has a Ford 9" with a 4:56 spool, big block Mopar with dual quad tunnel ram, skinnies up front, tube strait axle, and a roll cage. What more would you need. I really couldn't do all this without the help of my friend Danny who has been there through the whole thing, even when I had the worst hangovers and was useless, and some other friends here and there. I will post some pics when I get a chance. The Caddy is somewhat a father son thing even though it really needs no work, just keep it polished and running. Well I think that should be enough but I'm sure there will be more.
