DOGFIGHT Magazine

DOGFIGHT Magazine

Last week, I hinted around that a friend of mine and I have been working on a new project. That friend is none other than Mr. Johnny Joyo and that project is launching today. It’s been a long time coming and a ton of work, but… well, it’s time to let this thing sink or swim.

Introducing DOGFIGHT Magazine

For years, I’ve fielded questions about doing a “muscle car” Journal. This project started out with our sights aimed directly at that idea, but soon expanded into something more. I don’t know if it was my decades of studying the golden era of Hot Rod Magazine (1948 to 1958) or my history with modern race cars that lead me here, but here I am – Joining forces with a good pal and creating a publication dedicated to performance without precedence.

DOGFIGHT Magazine will cover the American and European quest for speed. It will do so without a concerned focus on tradition, but an absolute dedication to performance. The premise is really quite simple and based around the very foundation of hot rodding – take something stock, whether it be a 1969 Camaro or a 2010 Ford GT, and make it perform better on the street, the drag strip, the road course, the circle track, or even the salt/lake bed.

DOGFIGHT Magazine is all about performance. Period.

In any case, today marks the launch of DOGFIGHT into beta. Joyo and I have been busting ass getting the site ready and frankly, it’s not quite as polished as we would like it to be yet. BUT, it’s ready for you guys and we’d like to invite you to the opening. If the above sounds enticing, drop by and check it out… You’ll be glad you did.
