The Joe Cruces ’29

It’s 2016. Hell, it’s almost 2017. And yet, we are still digging up cars that haven’t seen the light of day since the 1950’s. That’s incredible to me…Think about that for a minute. Finding a past cover car from the 1950’s in 2017 really isn’t all that rare of a deal. I mean, I can think of at least three cars of the top of my head that once graced a cover of some sort in the 50’s and was rediscovered in the past 12 months.

Add one more to the list. Recently, Joe Cruces’ ’29 RPU was listed on the HAMB classifieds. Admittedly, this car comes from a period (mid 60’s) that isn’t my thing. I believe in restraint over Roth… But who wouldn’t appreciate the history of this thing? Seriously.
