The Cool Hot Rod (1953)… Now in COLOR!

There’s only so many 50s era full-length hot rod films out there, and if your like me, there’s a good chance you’ve watched most of them at least a few times. How about getting to see a black & white original hot rod film redone in color? Its nice to experience great period jalopies in motion and in living color, knowing the footage is over 60 years old… Almost like seeing it for the first time in some ways. That’s what our own Jimmy B has done below with the 1953 classic, “The Cool Hot Rod”. The footage goes back to b&w a little after 16 minutes, but it only makes you appreciate the color portion that much more.
