Fall: Its a Great Time for a Drive.

Autumn has officially been with us for a month now, and I firmly believe it’s one of the best seasons of the year for taking the old car out for some road time. First of all you’ve got the beautiful trees of color dropping bright leaves, making the drive that much more scenic. Next you’ve got the weather- Sure, it’s a little cooler out, even downright chilly, but the dense air makes the engine run strong, and you’ve got less chance of overheating, right? The cold rains are coming, so just bundle up a bit and enjoy it all, while there’s a little sun out. Before you know it, we’ll be talking about Winter garage projects and indoor car shows, as well as gearing up for the Holidays. So take your Jalopy out in the coming weeks, eh? Maybe this weekend I’ll do a pumpkin run with the kids, or meet up with some buddies for a backwoods drive through those leaves. Who wants to join me?
