Here is some video that’s worth watching (when you have a few hours to kill) that proves the passion we have for The Salt is universal, global, and mighty hard to shake. BBC follows groups of Brits and Scots designing, building and running various vehicles at Bonneville in hopes of getting in the SCTA books. Look for a few HAMB faces and cars you’ll probably recognize along the way, as well as some compelling vintage footage from the 1930s – 1960s thrown in. Speed Dreams has some very touching moments along the way, and leave it to the BBC to make an actual ‘documentary’ about motorsports, without all the staged drama and fluff we often get on the US cable channels.
