Why hasn't Power Tool Drag Racing caught on?

Surprised that I haven't seen any coverage of one of these events at one of the bigger car shows.

cool. i used to ride a belt sander around in my grandpa's cabinet shop. those suckers have some serious torque. he wasn't pleased with my find, but it did prove entertaining.
