Technical you know when you do an econo brake kit wfor gm rotors

    you are supposed to swap in the inner bearing cone from the kit?
    its not already in there - the correct one?

    just fitted one of these kits
    70-77 gm rotors
    tp hat spacer and the spacer after the outer bearing

    ONE side is fine
    one side feeel completely wrong
    spindle nut tight - outer bearing jams on spindle
    really loose bearings still

    do i look and see if I have odd outer cups left in the kit?

    Nothing you can do except take the good side apart and have a good look comparing both sides, the spacer is really nothing but a large washer, sure seems like a shipping error , do you have pics?

    yup, it says in the instructions for a kit I installed in the late 80s....Remove the seal, bearing and inner race from the rotor, and install the new bearing and race
