Yet another LSR Photo Thread

Slowly and hopefully surely.

 

dan i love your work. im a photographer also. since you use photoshop its an adobe product, you should look into adobe lightroom it will seriously blow your mind in terms of photo post production. and aimed solely at photo editing. im also a graphic designer so i use photoshop all the time but since finding lightroom i never use photoshop for post production. i can send you a copy of lightroom if youd like to try it seriously youll never look back hahah. GREAT WORK.!!!

Thanks Tim G. I wouldn't be embarrassed about yours at all. I just took a tour of your FB postings and they are great. Keep in mind that each of mine takes a lot of time ( probably way too much) to produce. Going through yours, I found tons of stuff I missed and wish I had seen, let alone photographed. Also your style and quality is great considering all the obstacles to getting shots at a show that is as crazy with activity as LSR is.

Thanks for the words of encouragement, i'm not embarrassed to have linked to them now I must admit it's hard work getting a decent photo of every car you'd like to at a show with that many cars at, especially on the Saturday!

Thursday night before the event in front of the Continental Club. This is actually a pretty hard picture to do - used 5 separate exposures and a lot of color and contrast tuning. I am no sure I have it quite right yet, but here it is anyway.

This photo has real atmosphere... almost looks like the car is being held there against it's own free will to decay slowly over time when really it wants to be cruising the streets...
