OK, so the record at Bonneville for XF/BGC has stood for over 40 years and I have this not too HAMB friendly car that has already exceeded the record. I had thought "well I can run on that record next year". After a few health issues, and this year being rained out I figure 2015 is THE year to beat the record. So what I am here to do is challenge you guys to build a car to beat me to it! Blown flathead ford in a sedan body. How hard could that be? '54 Stude would be perfect. Get a rule book and you have almost a whole year to make it happen. ps I started a facebook page (Fullrace Flathead) to share what little I know about flatheads and hopefully others will chime in.
