would this fly??

Discussion in 'HA/GR' started by alteredpilot, Oct 13, 2006.

  1. my buddy butch has this survivor chassis on mothballs and was wondering if, perhaps, this would fly with a stock width rear, this or a different body and a flatty/3 spd.

we realize its a little 'late' but figgered its the real deal and worth a shot.

    thanks.

I think it would be great. I would ditch the body and fab up a little aluminum skin.

    i really like it mitch..

the metal skin would be more "in the spirit", but whatever floats your boat.

i may be ditching the 27 T body due to weight. (i may as well loose 100 pnds if weight is becoming an issue, heh heh) :p

The frame tubes look a little small to be the 3" tube in the rules. Don't think that would make a HA/GR, but it would make a nice piece for another class.
