Got a wolf whistle today at farm auction I have never hooked one up. Is it vacuum or air pressure operated. What are these going for these days.

  5. Places like Sacramento Vintage Ford sells repops. You might be able to put new guts in the old piece. They're like fifty bucks

  7. Hi cody1958, I've installed an original one and it didn't work until I sprayed WD40 into it.

  9. i think i got about 6 or 7 old ones left up in a box in the barn. i sell them for $20 each. if you play around with them you can usually get them to work. they are not to complicated.

Thanks for the WD 30 info. This one is pretty good shape but from sitting. I would guess it could use little help. I'm going to try it out this week or next weekend I'll let u guys know how well it works. Love the sound of these. I got a siren now I will have a whistle to. Do u guys run chain or do a cable set up.?

  11. I ran a choke cable to mine because I didn't have a strait shot to
    it for the chain.

  12. I forgot to say your welcome. I'm glad to help!:D You'll be finding yourself spraying it once in a while to keep the crisp sound.
