Chris Henry at Top Gear Tattoo in Sheboygan. A friend of mine owns the shop and Chris has been working on a sleeve for me for the last couple of months...the guy's stuff is SICK, multiple award winner at major shows all around the country. No questions asked, Jon Ryder (the original Johnny Jean Jacket I might add) rules the scene, he tatooed my grandmas face on Cheater Chris's back, not really, but he could, and it would be the best because he is the best.
