Yeah but it takes 15" of that dry Colorado snow to equal 1" of rain. Unless it was one of those wet and heavy spring snows. Sent from my A520L using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
I don't think you guys in SoCal should be allowed to chime in about your "winter". Sent from my A520L using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Got most of a '31 roadster body and a '30 chassis with a junk cowl on it that i want to set up for a TROG racer... mother nature won't let me get near it, more snow today and tonight.... .
That is a fact! Were just headin out for Austin in about a half hour in a wet spring storm. Oh well at least were headin out.
we have more alcohol abusing albinos than polar bears... but the University of Maine's mascot is the Black Bear, tiny compared to whitie...
Just when I thought winter was over I had to go to Fargo, ND this week. Snowed on Wednesday and was cold. Then yesterday back here in Rapid City I had to go up in the hills for a freight pickup and there's anywhere from 4" to 6" of snow up there.
Freak storm Friday evening brought us 75-80mph winds, and this morning, this. Been a while since we've seen the white stuff in May.
On our return home from the Nats South yesterday we were forced to take I-40 home,it seems that Saturday night the Smokey Mountains got hammered with high winds which took down trees and the dropped 6 inches of snow,May 7,2017 HRP
It was nicer in February than the past couple of weeks. I managed to get the rear springs, front sway bar and posi rear installed working outside. Did my electric fan over the weekend in the garage, it was cool and windy. 42 this morning and not really warm even though the sun is out. The wind refuses to give us a break.
I like coming back to threads like this when it's 90 degrees plus and stupid high humidity. It makes me appreciate the change of seasons!......................................................................Well a little anyway! Joe
Never thought I'd say it but I miss winter. Multiple 100 to 105 degree days in Portland this week. Not gonna be getting much done.
Hey Denny, I'm still out working in the heat! We have been hitting the 100 mark and even after being flown by helicopter to Bend Hospital and nearly dying July 24th, I gotta get the AV8 ready for the trip to Bonneville so heat or no heat I'm out there working on it. Of course if you are in or around Portland or the Valley you have alot more humidity than here in Madras. "It's a dry heat!". What's really sad is the days are already getting shorter. Dave
Dang! Supposed to hit 93 here today in central Iowa. I guess I'll take sweat over snow anytime Sent from my SM-G900R4 using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
