You goin to the showdown this year, huh? It'll most likely be there and you're going around the track with me if it is! Thanks man, yea post some other shots. I really like the short wheelbase! Thanks Steve, I'll send you a PM. Jim said he's thinking about coming down soon, I'll ride along with him. We've got a pile of steering parts for ya!
Man some really nice projects going on! I will be starting a Old Ford Panel in my avatar I bought off Ratrodder 34 and I will be picking it up next weekend. I have already set the garage up to start on this old panel. I plan to have it out "drivable" by next Aug. and all the finishing touches by next winter. This is my last rod build I am going to do.So when it's done I will just be waxing and driving it. Im sure you all have never heard that one before. LOL Good luck with your builds!
While out of school on Christmas break...my 10 year old son gathered these parts from the junk pile behind my shop... so we screwed it together one afternoon... ...but it's put away until we get a chassis put together. Maybe next month we'll have a roller. Neal
Here's where I'm at...no garage....so I sit and wait until the weather get's above 40 degrees The snow has melted (mostly) so I was thinking of working on it some today....if I'm lucky.
My good friend uses one of these as his shop ride too... these are cool ass cars and get looks everywhere. don't have any pics of his right now but it is a flat navy with creame colored wheels
Here is a picture of my sedan. It is turning into a longer project than I hoped for. I'm in the middle of a 3 1/4" chop and the '63 409 is in the machine shop.
I showed these pictures to my 6 year old... He says that we need a junk pile! really cool Neal. - Joe

Here is mine at the moment. It's been cold. I haven't been out there working on it as much as I should have. I got to get moving if I am gonna make it to the roundup!!!
Will finally have my 51 on the road this year. By summer time I should have the roof finished, grill shell molded around the Olds grill bar, rear fenders stretched a few inches with 54 Merc taillights, nosed/decked/shaved, and covered in a fesh coat of dark green primer.
