Yes. Dan had been gathering material for quite awhile, with a little help from Kem Robertson. Kem is a researcher of things "banger". When Dan was getting weaker he asked Kem to continue and publish. Kem has done a lot of research on the Winfields to go with Dan's work. There are several articles planned so look for them.
Glad it's going to get read. I've was sending Winfield stuff that I had to Dan for years for his book.
Do you know when the Winfield Weekends started? Dan and I went on several but missed the first of them. Also do know of where the tapes of those weekends are? We would like to hear them for the series of articles.
I only heard about your trips when I was in the 4 ever 4 club. Dan said Kong had a bunch of the tapes, or at least copies of them, and was trying to borrow them through Kong's sister? He said he thought LaRosa had copies too. I have all his old 999 newsletters and he does mention the trips in them, might be worth asking Bill. I think it'd be fantastic to hear them. Those trips to Vegas had to be a blast.
