Hot Rods Willys rims??

Could this be Willys 1938 rims? They are 16x3,5.

I thought they all came with Torq-Thrust mags from the factory.....

 

Yes, those are correct for a 1938 Willys. I would like to see pictures of the Willys that they came off of.

 

Only bought the rims from a friend that bought them in a action. Wish I had the car... Thanks for the help!
