I looked over their "wheel" photo album, those are the only ones that appeal to me! Everything else looks like it came off an alien space ship!

Those wheels say Pinkee’s Rod Shop to me, think $$$$. They have a ‘50’s salt flats car look and fit the theme of the car nicely. Out of my price range though.

"True" knockoff wheels require threaded adapters, when I bought the P.S. Engineering wheels for my roadster twenty years ago the adapter/set/4 were $400 over the cost of the wheels.

A couple of their wheels are OK, but I'll stay a Halibrand fan.

I'm thinking the one off custom wheel answer is the correct one. I can't remember who built the car but am pretty sure that they are one off wheels that were custom designed for the build.

I guess I don't understand what this traditional stuff is all about anymore. The younger guys are bringing their ways in and along with it, mega bucks and such are building great looking cars it's not their fault, but us old guys are going bye bye. I guess it's inevitable it has to change but damn...I hate to see it go. Lippy

I had custom wheels which resemble 47-48 Fords for my OT Race Red CC 2018 F-150. 18x9 polished outers and powder coated centers that were pinstriped in the the 47-8 pattern. Other than the striping all done by Wheelsmith in Corona Ca. Not for the feint of heart $$$$ but I got exactly what I wanted and have received more compliments on them than you can imagine. Sometimes satisfaction is way more important the money when your an old retired guy. 02D173C0-52F3-44CE-80E2-530E67D996D4.jpeg

After seeing this style of artillery wheel, that was built by EVOD for a Dodge project at Kindigit designs, I got in touch with EVOD and inquired how much, I was quoted $2000.00 each. Beautiful work, but way out of my price range. I didn't inquire what the price would be to paint them as well, so you can imagine what the final bill would be for a set of 5, painted to match the color of the car. 5th wheel would be for a spare tire.

Bought these Halibrands front & rear for the avatar Willys over 26 years ago, think I had on average 1K on each corner, Halibrands, M/T's, tubes, centers, balancing, etc.
