I had some fun and put together a Series of shift knobs for Defiance Speed Shop this spring. Hand sculpted, molded and then I cast them in resin. Here they are.

here's the one i've got right now. i need to change the way it's mounted, but i may be swapping transmissions soon so i'll need to be able to switch it to whatever i use then. this is a 20mm shell (never fired) from a ww2 aircraft. got some more of the info on it written down somewhere. it came up in the net of the boat i was fishing on down in monterey. pulled the round and dumped the powder. planning on swapping in a four speed instead of the automatic, but i'd like to figure out how to make it a four on the tree instead of the floor.

I've got a cool knob. Won it at the HAMB Drags a few years ago. Thanks ChromedRAT and Ryan.

  13. Did the Norm skull bolt up to the stock dodge shifter or did you make a adaptor?

  14. mine, not nearly as fancy as others on here, but it came on the truck and I like it. Have no clue how old it is but I was guessing late 1970's?

I had Norm put in a threaded tube in the skull that fit the Magnum stick.

I agree. There are some really cool knobs that have been posted, but this one wins in my book... by a landslide.

  21. For Merc Fans.

This Mercury head shift knob was hand carved from sterling silver by Derrick Obatake of Steel Flames in Torrance, CA.

  26. I would imagine if there was a bandwidth problem then
an administrator would jump in and say something.
I'm all for new threads and new info.
All this (use the search policing) is bullying.
