I am just embarking on the assembly of the bed on my truck. There was no wood to begin with. So...... I'm having a tough time figuring the in's and out's of the wood placement and so forth. If I could hook up with someone to spend some time inspecting your bed. That would help me out. Pictures of the front rear and sides, to show if the wood goes on top of the flanges at the bed or under the strips???? Thank you in advance. Jay

The wood goes on top of the flanges, under the strips. I don't have pics, but if you need them, I can snap a few this evening when I get home and post them (even though I am sure some one will beat me to it).

The last picture is the front left corner.

The bed is a repo. My stock one was destroyed by an 85 year old man who couldn't see stop signs, so there may be some small differences.

Here's another pic; have you got your new wood yet?
