We install the bear jaw latch and the stock handle then make whatever linkage is necessary to connect the two. sometimes you have to be creative and use a bellcrank but looking at it will usually tell you what you need.

for the bear CLAW latches, there are too many cars out there to make kits specific to all of them. Fender Bender International as well as the Hoffman Group (AutoLoc) both make bell crank kits to adapt to your car. i have never seen a direct bolt in for any car though.

  6. I never saw bear claw latches, they made of pastries? Doesn't seem very strong.

Anyway I got my bearjaws from carolina custom, fast shipping and worked well.

    Do you work for Autoloc?
There was a thread a while back that listed the oe application autoloc markets as a streetrod part. an industrial latch available from grainger for cheap.
Damned if I can find it now.
