That belonged to a friend of mine Bill McElley. He traded it while he was at Bonneville for a 1941 Indian. Bill usually hand forms a body like this car each year. I think I may have some pictures of it, if none show up. I will have to dig some. PM me an email address and I will do what I can. Seems like there was another recent picture of it posted with someones Bonneville pictures.
Bill takes a stack of Mexican hats to Bonneville each year. If he sees someone walking around without a hat he gives them one. He says he wants to live long enough that someday when he goes to Bonneville, everyone will be wearing one of his hats.
I know Bill also... he is an awesome guy! He helped me build my fuel tank and tape off the flames on my '55. I have a few pictures of this particular car. I'm not sure how to attach the pictures here so email me and I'll send you them.
